This is a popular method of meeting people all over the world now because it's safe and painless and a whole lot of fun too.
How it works....
20/25 women and 20/25 men in separate age groups.
Groups are 35-45 / 45 and up
Age groups are flexible to a point
Arriving (on time folks) at 7pm. we start the speed dating at 7:30pm You get a name tag plus a date-sheet listing all the names of the dates you will have during the night.
These sheets are confidential and the only people who see them are you and me.
Women will take a seat at individual tables and the men will find a seat for their first date.
You spend + - 7 minutes 'dating' the person at that table.
Once the dating is done, you han in the date-sheets and the rest of the evening will be just a really good evening enjoying the live jazz/blues band in the company of people with whom you have already spent at least sometime getting to know.
Match will be made with the date-sheets and those people who have matched each other will be contacted and the others' phone number passed on.
Then the rest is up to you. The choice is yours whether you want 'make the call' and find out if there really is something worth pursuing, be it a friendship or something more.
